Life Guarantee
Reef Empire offers a guarantee on all of our products to arrive alive, providing the buyer insure the item and accept the delivery on the first attempt. The buyer MUST contact Reef Empire and provide photos of the product as well as the packaging within 2 hours or arrival. In the rare case that a package has a problem, Reef Empire will review your situation and return contact within 24 hours. Reef Empire handles a large volume of corals, clams, fish and other various livestock for the reef keeping community, so an EXACT replacement may not be available. The most similar item will be chosen by Reef Empire from the existing stock on hand. If a similar product is not available, products of equal value will be substituted. We also cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays, but will review the situation and try to work with you. Reef Empire does not guarantee any shipments outside the continental 48 states.

All livestock shipments are are shipped overnight via UPS Next Day Air Saver or Next Day Air. Shipments will be processed on Mondays or Wednesdays of each week. Contact us for special shipping arrangements. Liverock can be shipped 3-day priority and is shipped on Mondays.
